B.A.M.S. (A.M.): For 4 yrs(Bachelor of Alt. system of Medicines)
(All courses of Indian board of Alternative Medicines are approved and recognized by the senate of the open international university for complimentary Medicines wide letter No. MA/1092 dated 25th Oct. 1992. The University is also recognized by the united National peace University constituted under resolution no. 35/555/XII/80 of Aug. 15, 1988.)
M.D. (A.M.): For 1½ Years(Doctor of Medicine in Alt. Medicines)

Session
The session of the college begins from the 1st July every year.
Eligibility
Qualification:-
- 10+2 (Medical Group) or its equivalent examination.
- The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years on.
- Physically and Mentally fit to undergo the training.
Conditions for Appearing in Annual Examination
- Examination will be held annually at the end of the session and date for the examination will be fixed up by the faculty of Alt. Medicine, Kolkata–700 020.
- In every year in the month of March/April there will be annual examination conducted by faculty of IBAM.
- results of annual examination will be published in the news papers as soon as the board examiner finally decide.
- 75% attendance at the time of its submission
- Before filling annual examination forms the total dues of the current year (college) should be cleared.
Medium of Instruction
The Medium of teaching and examination shall be either English/Hindi.
